In our stores at Gerngross (Mariahilfer Straße 42–48, 1070 Wien) and at Millennium City (Handelskai 94–96, 1200 Wien). Every fragrance is available to try there. You'll find the opening hours under “Our stores”.
Shipping within Austria is free. Shipping to Germany costs €8.99 and is free on orders of €59+. We currently don't ship to other countries.
We ship orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
Yes, pickup at Gerngross is free. Choose "Pickup" at checkout. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready.
Yes. You have 30 days, even if you have already tried the fragrance and the bottle is almost full. Returns are sent by mail and you pay the return shipping. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You'll find all details in our return policy.

In Austria. All MOZAICK fragrances are made in Austria.
Extrait de Parfum is the name for the most concentrated form of perfume, ahead of Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette. All MOZAICK fragrances are Extrait de Parfum in 50 ml bottles.
Browse by fragrance family (fresh, fruity, floral, sweet, spicy, earthy), by day or evening and by summer or winter. The best way is to try them in one of our stores, we're happy to help.
Yes, for example the Bestseller Set with KOKOS and NIRVANA, the Trio for Her, the Trio for Him or the Winter Trio. The fragrances are better value as a set than individually.
Some MOZAICK fragrances have their own painting, for example KOKOS with two lions in the jungle. Each one shows the bottle in a scene that captures the mood of the scent, and our mosaic sign is hidden in every one. You can see all of them in our gallery, and some of the originals hang in our store at Gerngross.
